Technical Project Manager – Nicosia – Competitive Package
We are supporting our client in expanding their team with the addition of a Technical Project Manager.
This role focuses on managing software projects from planning to delivery, working closely with engineering, QA, product, design, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will translate business needs into clear technical requirements and tasks while tracking timelines, priorities, risks, blockers, and dependencies to help teams stay focused, organized, and aligned.
Key Responsibilities

-Communicate progress clearly with internal teams and clients
-Support sprint planning, reviews, releases, and delivery quality
-Help teams stay focused, organized, and aligned
Requirements
-1+ years of experience in project management, product delivery, or technical coordination
-Good understanding of software development processes
-Experience working with developers, QA, designers, and product teams
-Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
-Experience with Agile/Scrum or similar delivery frameworks
-English proficiency in a technical environment
Nice to Have
-Experience in custom software, mobile apps, web platforms, or SaaS
-Background in financial services, forex, crypto, or critical systems
-Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar tools
-Technical background in software engineering, QA, or business analysis
-Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
