This role is focused on overseeing construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. You will need to be an excellent project manager who gets enjoyment from solving complex construction challenges and delivering successful building projects.
This role involves regular site visits and office-based work with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and professional development.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field
-4-5 years of experience in Construction Management related roles
-In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
-Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage complex projects
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Effective communication and negotiation skills
-Excellent communication in Greek and English language, both spoken and written
