Senior Technical Support Engineer - Nicosia - Competitive Package
We are helping an established IT solutions provider expand their technical support team with a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Nicosia.
This role is predominantly focused on providing technical support to both internal staff and external clients, optimizing the customer support experience and ensuring smooth operations. You will need to be an excellent engineer who gets enjoyment from diagnosing hardware issues, managing IT infrastructure, and providing technical guidance to customers.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
-At least 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or similar role
-Excellent knowledge of diagnosing and repairing hardware issues in mobile devices and peripherals
-Excellent understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and cloud services
-Experience and knowledge of Active Directory
-Experience in setup and configuration of Microsoft servers
-Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
-Strong communication skills for customer interaction via phone, email, and chat
