Software Support Engineer - Nicosia - Competitive Package
We are helping an established IT solutions provider expand their on-site support team with a Software Support Engineer in Nicosia.
This role is predominantly focused on providing hands-on technical support for installed software systems, working alongside experienced engineers at client locations. You will need to be an excellent engineer who gets enjoyment from diagnosing and resolving issues, delivering training sessions, and developing technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
-Familiarity with software systems and willingness to learn technology stack (C#, .NET, Oracle, SQL, JavaScript)
-Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to develop technical expertise
-Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
-Organizational skills and proactive attitude
-Ability to provide on-site technical support and client training
-Experience with support ticket management and documentation (preferred)
