Customer Care Officer - Limassol - Competitive Package
We are helping a fast-growing real estate company expand their customer care team in Limassol.
This role is focused on providing exceptional client service throughout the property journey, from post-sales support to property handover and warranty assistance. You will need to be an excellent communicator who gets enjoyment from building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role involves office-based work with regular client meetings and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration with project management and design teams.
Requirements
-University degree, preferably in business, communications, real estate, or related field
-Proven experience in customer service or client-facing role
-Previous experience in construction or real estate industry is a strong advantage
-Fluency in English and Greek essential, both written and spoken
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Ability to handle client inquiries and complaints with timely, effective resolutions
-Professional demeanor and positive attitude in all client interactions
