Senior Real Estate Analyst - Cyprus - Competitive Package
We are helping a growing development company expand their real estate analysis team.
This role is focused on conducting feasibility studies, financial modelling, and investment analysis for residential and mixed-use development projects. You will need to be an excellent analyst who gets enjoyment from solving complex financial challenges and supporting strategic investment decisions.
This role involves office-based work with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree, CFA, or RICS accreditation is a plus)
-3-5 years of experience in financial advisory, real estate consulting, or investment analysis, ideally in a Big 4 or similar environment
-Strong financial modelling skills in Excel; knowledge of Argus or similar software is an advantage
-Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights
-Proven ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Fluency in English; Greek is an advantage
-Experience with feasibility studies, development appraisals, and investment analysis
