Reconciliation & Payments Control Manager – iGaming – Competitive Package
We are supporting an international iGaming organization in strengthening their financial control function with a Reconciliation & Payments Control Manager.
This role is focused on ensuring daily reconciliation accuracy across player wallets, payment service providers (PSPs), bonus liabilities, and chargeback exposure in a high-volume, multi-currency gaming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong payments control mindset and experience operating in high-risk markets.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform daily reconciliations of deposits, withdrawals, fees, and chargebacks across PSPs
-Monitor and investigate discrepancies between platform ledgers and external payment providers
-Ensure integrity of player balances, bonus liabilities, and jackpot pools
-Track daily cash flow positions and PSP settlement exposure
-Identify payment losses, fraud trends, and operational anomalies
-Escalate reconciliation and payment issues promptly to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
-5+ years of experience in payments reconciliation within iGaming or similar high-risk environments
-Strong knowledge of high-risk PSPs and payment flows
-Solid accounting and financial control background
-High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
-Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume transaction environments
