Business Development Manager – Forex / CFDs - Cyprus – Competitive Package
We are supporting a global trading organization, based in Cyprus, in expanding its Business Development function across Asia, the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), and Africa.
This role is focused on executing regional growth strategies, building and managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in highly competitive Forex/CFD markets. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with regional market knowledge and a hands-on, results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and drive regional growth
-Build and manage a strong business development funnel, acquiring IBs, affiliates, and partners
-Drive client acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with internal teams
-Ensure compliance with local regulatory and legal frameworks, liaising with relevant authorities when required
-Work closely with marketing teams to deliver localized campaigns aligned with brand strategy
-Coordinate with global teams including compliance, finance, IT, and customer support
-Monitor market trends, track KPIs, and report performance insights to senior management
Requirements
-Strong understanding of Forex/CFD markets and regional competitive landscapes
-Established relationships with IBs, affiliates, traders, or financial institutions
-Proven experience in business development, sales, or regional growth roles
-Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Fluency in English (written and spoken)
-Experience with digital marketing and client acquisition strategies is an advantage
