Affiliate & Acquisition Manager – Dubai – Competitive Package
We are supporting an international organization in expanding their acquisition team in Dubai.
This role is focused on driving scalable customer acquisition across grey and high-risk markets through affiliate networks, media buyers, and performance traffic. You will own commercial deal structuring, partner performance, and traffic quality, ensuring profitable growth while mitigating fraud and negative-margin exposure.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and scale acquisition across affiliates, SEO networks, influencers, Telegram channels, and media buyers
-Structure and negotiate hybrid CPA / RevShare deals with strong LTV modelling
-Monitor traffic quality and detect fraud, incentivised traffic, and fake FTDs
-Optimise acquisition performance based on retention, payment risk, and ROI metrics
Requirements
-4+ years’ experience in gaming affiliate acquisition
-Proven exposure to grey and high-risk markets
-Strong commercial negotiation and deal-making skills
-Solid understanding of CPA, LTV, NGR, and ROI performance metrics
