Monitoring & Support Technician - Nicosia - Competitive Package
We are helping a payments company expand their 24/7 Technical Operations team in Nicosia.
This role is predominantly focused on monitoring systems and providing technical support across various environments. You will need to be an excellent technician who gets enjoyment from troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires rotational shifts including nights and weekends with opportunities to work with cutting-edge monitoring tools and gain experience in regulated environments.
Requirements
-Basic understanding of SQL, Linux OS commands, Windows Command Prompt, or scripting
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
-High level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation
-Good time management and ability to work independently during shifts
-Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
-Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
-Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience preferred)
