Customer Success Specialist - Cyprus - Competitive Package
We are helping a software development and consulting firm expand their customer success team.
This role is focused on serving as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the support centre, conducting user training sessions, and supporting business quality assurance activities for their Case Management & Business Automation solution. You will need to be an excellent communicator who gets enjoyment from ensuring seamless client experiences and contributing to product excellence.
This role offers hybrid working model with flexible hours and early finish on Fridays, working with leading law firms, fiduciary service providers, and accounting firms.
Requirements
-Experience with litigation and/or corporate administration services required
-Experience with relevant software solutions highly desirable
-Experience in Customer Support or Software QA will be considered a plus
-Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
-Excellent customer service and communication skills with ability to explain information clearly
-Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in dynamic environment
-Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
-Analytical and structured thinking approach
-Open-minded, proactive, and determined with strong sense of initiative
-Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
-Willingness and ability to learn and grow
