Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
-5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or communications
-Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and delivering successful campaigns
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
-Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
-Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and strategies
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
-Strong leadership skills with ability to guide and mentor team members
-Resilience under pressure and adaptability in fast-paced environment
-Experience with integrated campaign planning and execution
