NOC Support Engineer - Cyprus - Competitive Package
We are helping an international voice and SMS carrier expand their Network Operations Center team.
This role is focused on ensuring smooth operation of global network infrastructure through continuous monitoring, incident management, and proactive issue resolution for voice, SMS, and VoIP services. You will need to be an excellent problem-solver who gets enjoyment from troubleshooting network issues and maintaining network reliability in a fast-paced environment.
This is an entry-level role with 24/7 shift-based working and opportunities for technical development and certification support.
Requirements
-Degree in relevant field is a plus but not mandatory
-Entry-level position - candidates with limited experience encouraged to apply
-Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
-Knowledge of VoIP and SMS technologies
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot network issues
-Excellent documentation skills to maintain records of incidents and processes
-Effective communication skills for incident reporting and team coordination
-Proactive attitude with willingness to improve network performance and reliability
-Capable of working in 24/7 environment with flexible schedule
-Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with team members
-Experience with ticketing systems for incident tracking is a plus
-Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CCNP are a plus
Working Hours:
Morning, afternoon, and night shifts available.
Shifts are typically 8 hours or 12 hours.
The night shift is 12 hours.
