Office Administrator – Nicosia – Competitive Package
We are helping a well-established organization recruit an Office Administrator to support senior leadership and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their office in Nicosia city center.
This role is focused on providing high-level administrative and executive support, coordinating meetings and travel, managing office operations, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle sensitive and confidential information with the appropriate discretion and regard
-Effectively organize meetings and events, internally and externally and arrange travel and related tasks
-Plan and organize Board Meetings, draft agendas, manage calendars, organize logistics, participate in Board meetings and take clear and precise minutes
-Provide a high quality, confidential and wide-ranging Executive Assistant (EA) support service to consistently meet the specified needs and expectations of the CEO and Chairman (for the latter, when present in the office)
-Perform general office administration duties including, but not limited to filing, scanning, managing cleaning team, shopping, catering, stationery
-Coordinate with suppliers, track orders, manage invoices, and resolve discrepancies
-Assist in drafting internal policies, workflows, or standard operating procedures when required
-Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-Attention to detail
-Excellent command of English language; basic knowledge of Greek language preferred but not required
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to work confidently with spreadsheets and operational systems
-Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
-Basic understanding of accounting principles
-Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Proven organizational and time management skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing, time-sensitive deadlines
-Global mindset, previous experience with international organizations preferred
