Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Specialist – Cyprus – Competitive Package
We are supporting a well-established company looking to hire a Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Specialist to join their growing team.
This role focuses on providing technical pre-sales support, developing cybersecurity solutions, and supporting the implementation of security technologies across customer environments. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams, technical specialists, and clients to design and deliver effective cybersecurity solutions while contributing to business development activities.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate with enterprise and commercial sales teams to ensure cybersecurity solutions are implemented in production environments and become the preferred choice for strategic customers
-Provide technical consultation and develop solutions for customer cybersecurity projects
-Deliver engaging and informative cybersecurity presentations to customers and stakeholders
-Prepare comprehensive technical documentation in response to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and similar inquiries
-Provide technical support for cybersecurity and network projects
-Develop technical designs, implement solutions, and troubleshoot cybersecurity and network projects in coordination with internal teams
-Attend cybersecurity events and exhibitions to stay updated on industry trends and represent the company
-Work closely with internal sales and technical teams, clients, partners, and vendors to support cybersecurity projects and business development activities
Requirements
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
-Strong knowledge of cybersecurity consultancy services, including web, client, DNS, and email security, as well as corporate cybersecurity policies and management
-Knowledge of cybersecurity services including Security Operations Centers (SOC), Penetration Testing, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
-Knowledge of security products and technologies such as DLP, SIEM, XDR, EDR, NDR, PAM, Firewalls, IPS, and related solutions
-Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to develop and present cybersecurity solutions
-Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluency in both English and Greek is required
-The following will be considered an advantage:
-Technical support experience in large-scale cybersecurity projects and mission-critical infrastructures
-Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GSEC, CEH, Security+, ITILv3, or similar
