Back Office Administrator – Nicosia – Competitive Package
SMO Careers is hiring on behalf of a client in the technology solutions industry for a Back Office Administrator to join their team in Nicosia.
This role focuses on managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
-Manage client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships
-Understand client requirements and develop customized strategies to meet their goals
-Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
-Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of top-tier solutions and services
-Maintain regular communication with clients and provide ongoing support
-Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and services
-Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner
-Contribute to business development and account growth initiatives
Requirements
-Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience in sales or business development
-Knowledge of network, voice, and security solutions will be considered an advantage
-Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Benefits
-Gross monthly salary of €2,000–€2,200 based on experience and qualifications

-Working hours: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
