CRM Manager (iGaming / High-Risk Markets) – Dubai – Competitive Package
We are supporting an international iGaming organization in expanding their CRM function in Dubai.
This role is focused on owning the full player lifecycle across sportsbook and casino products in multi-jurisdiction, high-risk markets. You will be responsible for retention strategy, bonus optimization, lifecycle monetization, and CRM automation, ensuring sustainable player value while controlling bonus liability and risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities
-Design and execute LTV-driven CRM and retention strategies
-Manage bonus structures to balance player incentives with NGR contribution
-Build player segmentation based on betting behavior, deposit patterns, and risk signals
-Deploy churn prevention and reactivation campaigns
-Own CRM automation, system architecture, and data integrations
-Ensure CRM activity aligns with AML, fraud prevention, and regional risk constraints
Requirements
-7+ years of experience in CRM leadership within iGaming
-Strong understanding of sportsbook vs casino player behaviour
-Proven experience managing large-scale bonus budgets
-Exposure to grey and high-risk markets
-Strong analytical mindset with focus on LTV, ARPU, and retention
