Retention Arabic Speaker (FOREX) - Limassol - Competitive Package
SMO Careers is hiring on behalf of a Retention Arabic Speaker (FOREX) to join their growing team in Limassol.
This role focuses on managing client relationships, supporting the onboarding process, driving client retention, and contributing to the company's growth strategy. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a KPI-driven environment.
Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for clients and assist with the company’s clientele base
-Follow up with prospective clients to provide information and ensure they have the necessary support during the onboarding process
-Act as a brand ambassador, championing the company's vision and mission by providing expert insights into products and services
-Manage the full client experience including education to long-term retention, while expertly handling complex inquiries and resolving high-priority issues
-Provide general market updates and in-depth understanding of the financial markets and products
-Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams
Requirements
-Highly motivated, sales-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong performance
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Minimum 3 months of experience in Retention
-Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
-Any other language is an advantage
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
-Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
-Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
